Refund policy
1. Return Period:
- We offer a no-questions-asked return policy with a period of 30 days (Within 30 days from date of purchase).
2. Return Conditions:
- The item being returned must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that Pocmimut will not accept any damaged products unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
3. Initiating a Return:
- If you believe the product meets the criteria of being "in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging," please email Business@pocmimutbeauty.com within 30 days (Within 30 days from date of purchase) to request a refund. We will approve/disapprove the return within 2 business days of receiving the email.
4. Return Approval:
- Once the return for a refund request is successfully approved, we will provide you with the return address details via email, or you may send the item back to the original address. If your item was damaged upon delivery, there is no need to return it; simply take a photo of the damaged item and email it to Business@pocmimutbeauty.com to request a refund directly.
5. Return Costs:
- Please note that there are no handling fees for returns, but we are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon delivery or we sent the wrong item.
6. Refund Processing:
- Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it within 2 business days to ensure it is unworn or unused and in its original packaging. If the item is in good condition, we will automatically issue a refund to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require some time to process the refund and mail it, and there may be a delay of approximately 1-3 business days for it to arrive.
7. Unaccepted Items:
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that have been used or are missing their original packaging.
