We offer free shipping on all items!
Customs taxes for different markets are covered by Pocmimut.
Shipping Time
We will ship your order to you within 2 business days of your order being generated, unless there are national holidays and festivals, which may delay shipment.
Arrival time
Generally speaking, your item will be delivered in 7-15 days.
Tracking your order
All orders include tracking information, which is usually emailed to you after the order has been shipped. You can also track your order using the "Order Tracking" feature on the Pocmimut website.
Shipping Notification
For special shipping requests, please contact Business@pocmimutbeauty.com support. Please confirm your address before payment, if the address you entered is wrong, please contact Business@pocmimutbeauty.com in time. We will contact our logistics staff to solve the problem. Orders can only be shipped to the country/region where the order was placed. If you request a change of address after your order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you assume all possible risks and costs associated with changing your address after your order has been shipped.
When you place an order, please be sure to enter your correct name, address, and contact information so that we can successfully deliver your items.
⚠Pocmimut is not responsible for any delays or refusals of orders due to the following reasons.
- Delivery may be delayed by 3-5 days for transportation to remote areas.
- Delays or delivery failures due to the actions of the consignee. These actions include, but are not limited to: changing the address after delivery, entering an unknown or incorrect address, entering incorrect contact information, and refusing to accept delivery.
- Delays caused by force majeure. "Force majeure" means unforeseen, unavoidable or insurmountable objective circumstances and other objective conditions that cause delays in shipment, including, but not limited to: national or regional control or interruption of air or ground transportation systems (e.g., weather), communications system interference or failure, government action, postal administrations, changes in policy, war, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, and other events that cause delays in shipment. Typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, fog, and other similar events.
- Aviation contraband, cellular phones, electronic products, fragile products, and other products that are not eligible for air cargo service due to aviation security regulations.
- Cargo that has been confiscated or disposed of due to violation of transportation regulations.
- Mail and parcels cannot be delivered to the recipient's address during weekends, national holidays and festivals.
- The recipient's address is a school, unit or residential community that cannot be accessed by the courier
